The Showroom Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the BYD showroom, with accountability for sales targets, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and daily operations. The role involves leading seven functional heads, ensuring cross-functional coordination, and

maintaining effective communication with Head Office and BYD to achieve business objectives and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Runs the workshop and ensures safe, efficient, and customer-focused service for BYD EVs. Oversees bookings, warranty, pre-delivery inspection, chargers and parts, and leads the service team to meet quality and delivery commitments.

The Sales Manager will lead the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, improve lead conversion, and drive revenue growth. The role is responsible for sales planning, lead allocation, daily sales reviews, forecasting, team coaching, and developing corporate sales opportunities in line with business objectives and BYD brand standards.

Sells BYD vehicles to retail customers and leads the showroom's corporate and fleet accountbusiness. Builds long-term relationships with companies and institutions, prepares tailored proposals and works with Business Development on corporate leads.

Advises customers on BYD models and guides them from inquiry to test drive, booking and car handover. Builds referrals and repeat business through prompt follow-up and a smooth, honest buying experience.

Provides a warm, professional first impression to every visitor and caller. Registers visitors and test drives, books for appointments, and passes visitor data to the CRM every day.

Supports the showroom's people's processes, including recruitment, attendance, payroll inputs, trainingand appraisals, and manages office administration,registration and insurance paperwork. Acts as the linkbetween the showroom and Group HR.

Serves as the workshop's technical expert for diagnosing and repairing BYD EVs. Leads pre-delivery inspection and job card quality, enforces high-voltage safety rules and guides the EV Technician.

Services and repairs BYD EVs to BYD standards, carries out pre-delivery inspection, and keeps job cards and warranty records accurate. Works safely around high-voltage systems under the guidance of the Diagnostic Lead.

Keeps every lead and customer record organized and followed up, from first inquiry to after-delivery care. Tracks the sales funnel, handles complaints and service reminders, and drives referrals to increase repeat and word-of-mouth business.

Researches the Bangladesh EV market and competitors, and develops corporate, fleet and partner business for the showroom. Reports monthly on market trends and the business development pipeline.

Provides reliable daily support for the showroom and office, covering documents, errands,refreshments, supplies, and opening and closing checks. Helps keep the showroom clean, organized, andready for customers.

Builds the showroom's local brand and generates qualified leads through social media, campaigns, events and local branding. Manages creative vendors and reports marketing results monthly to the Showroom Manager.

Maintains accurate, compliant financial records for the showroom, covering invoices, booking money, cash and bank, reconciliation, VAT and tax documents, and commissions. Prepares monthly accounts reports and supports audits.
