Controls receipt, storage and issue of spare parts, accessories and chargers, and keep accurate stock and Vehicle stock records. Plans orders and handles warranty parts, so the workshop and sales team always have what they need.

• Receive, check, tag and store parts, accessories and chargers.
• Issue parts against job cards and sales orders with proper records.
• Carry out regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Plan and place parts orders based on consumption and stock levels.
• Handle warranty parts: tracking, return and claim documentation.
• Maintain vehicle stock records (arrivals, location, status, delivery).
• Keep the store organized and secure; report slow-moving and damaged stock.

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years in store, inventory or spare parts work
• preferably in the automobile sector.
