Serves as the workshop's technical expert for diagnosing and repairing BYD EVs. Leads pre-delivery inspection and job card quality, enforces high-voltage safety rules and guides the EV Technician.

• Diagnose complex faults in battery, motor, controller, charging and electronic systems using BYD diagnostic tools.
• Repair BYD EVs according to BYD service procedures.
• Follow and enforce high-voltage safety rules, isolation, and lockout procedures.
• Lead pre-delivery inspection of new vehicles and sign off findings.
• Check job card quality and completeness; verify the work of other technicians.
• Guide and train the EV Technician; support warranty diagnosis and documentation.
• Keep tools and diagnostic equipment calibrated and in good condition.

• 4+ years in automobile service
• 1+ years of EV or hybrid experience preferred
• BYD or high-voltage certification preferred.
• Advanced fault diagnosis with scan tools and BYD diagnostic software
