Provides reliable daily support for the showroom and office, covering documents, errands,refreshments, supplies, and opening and closing checks. Helps keep the showroom clean, organized, andready for customers.

• Deliver and collect documents, and run errands to banks, offices and authorities as directed.
• Serve refreshments to customers and staff.
• Keep office supplies, pantry and cleaning items stocked and report shortages.
• Provide showroom support: arranging cars, displays, and meeting rooms.
• Carry out opening and closing checks (lights, AC, locks, security, cleanliness).
• Assist staff with moving files, equipment and materials.

• 1+ year in a similar support role preferred.
