Runs the workshop and ensures safe, efficient, and customer-focused service for BYD EVs. Oversees bookings, warranty, pre-delivery inspection, chargers and parts, and leads the service team to meet quality and delivery commitments.

• Manage daily workshop operations, job allocation, and technician productivity.
• Control service bookings, job card flow, and delivery commitments.
• Enforce workshop and high-voltage safety rules and keep tools and equipment in order.
• Manage warranty claims and records according to BYD procedures.
• Ensure every vehicle passes a full pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before handover.
• Oversee charger installation work and spare parts availability.
• Handle service complaints and communicate with customers on repair status and cost.
• Arrange technician training and BYD certification; report monthly service performance.

• 5+ years in automobile workshops, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
• BYD or EV and high-voltage training preferred.
