Sales Support Executive

Full Time On-site

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Sales Support Executive who can help us build stronger relationships with our customers after they’ve made a purchase. This isn’t a high-pressure sales job. Instead, it’s about connecting with people, helping them understand how to maintain their air purifiers, and being a trusted point of contact for their clean air journey.

This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience, who wants to keep growing and developing in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. You’ll learn on the job, gain experience with campaign planning and service coordination, and gradually take on more responsibility.

If you want to move toward a mid-level or senior role, this is the stepping stone.

About the Role

As part of a grant-funded project, we are expanding our air quality sensor network across Dhaka. The Sensor Technician plays an important role in this expansion by supporting the deployment, logistics, and long-term maintenance of the network.

This role focuses on field coordination and acting as the primary liaison for sensor hosts. Responsibilities include assisting with the physical mounting of devices, precise GPS recording of installation sites, and training host contacts on basic equipment care.

During the monitoring phase, the Technician will conduct regular field inspections to collect ground-truth data- such as nearby burning activity and wind conditions to corroborate sensor readings. This position also involves managing equipment inventory and coordinating closely with the IoT Sensor Engineer to schedule necessary field interventions.
