▪ Prepare BOQ, Project Report and handle the running project works of the existing & entire

project, requisition & verification of contractor’s bill.

▪ Drafting Maintaining, Planning & Scheduling the project as per safety.

▪ Drafting in Auto-CAD for preparing project related layouts (As-built Architectural &

Structural Design).

▪ Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of works & managing Maintenance

Executive & Technician of the existing & entire project.

▪ Preparing specifications for purchasing equipment and materials and follow up with vendors.

▪ Responsible for the inspection, repair, preventive maintenance of the existing & running

projects.

▪ Ensure compliance with specifications, codes of Bangladesh National Building Code-BNBC

enlist, negotiate and manage vendors and suppliers, including building and ground maintenance

and improvement vendors.

▪ To prepare drawings of Structural, Architectural, Interior, Exterior for Residential, Commercial and

Industrial according to the rules of BNBC.

▪ Perform periodical test & make report as per BNBC.

▪ Maintaining, planning and scheduling the project as per Civil safety aspect.

▪ Estimate the time and cost needed to complete a project.

▪ Make BOQ and prepare specifications for purchases and supervise projects.

▪ Inspections of the Civil works according to the drawings.

▪ Executing Projects as per company instructions.

▪ Supervise technical works.

▪ Reporting work progress to the higher authorities.

▪ Supervise Rod Binding works.

▪ Supervise Shuttering works.

▪ Supervise CC & RCC Casting.

▪ Supervise Sanitary & Plumbing works.

▪ Supervise Electrical Wiring works.
