*Prepare branch wise weekly, monthly inventory reports.

*Prepare daily, monthly sales & collection reports.

*Create Retail Sales Order & Approval in SAP to create Dispatch, Invoice & Print.

*Invoice Settlement/Clear Distributor’s Invoice & Collection Daily basis.

*Create purchase orders to the factory for central stores and branches.

*Create transfer requisition, transfer order for branches & inter departments.

*Coordinate with factories for product delivery to branches & inter departments.

* Coordinate with Sales Operation & BOD Department for Customer Details Issues on SAP.

*Maintain Goods Return & Reservation documents for consumable items. 

*Coordinate with Delivery team and Monitor Delivery vehicle and Delivery process for smooth product distribution.
