During my internship at this software company, I worked in a Maintenance position where I was responsible for overseeing ongoing tasks and ensuring smooth workflow within the team. My role focused on monitoring daily operations, identifying and addressing minor issues, and understanding the overall work process to enhance my knowledge of project workflows and team dynamics. This position allowed me to observe and learn how software projects are managed, from planning to execution, while supporting the team in maintaining operational efficiency. It provided me with a solid foundation in understanding software development cycles and workplace coordination.

As a Project Manager, I am responsible for planning and executing projects by defining scopes, objectives, and timelines while ensuring alignment with company goals. I lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, monitor deliverables for quality assurance, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and clients. Risk management, performance tracking, and process improvement are integral to my role, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. I also act as the primary contact for stakeholders, addressing their needs, providing updates, and driving the team toward achieving project objectives efficiently.
