Duties/Responsibilities:
➢ To involve developing and enforcing HR policies, managing recruitment, fostering employee
relations, overseeing training and performance programs.
➢ Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting
initial screenings of candidates.
➢ Tracking and reporting on Sales Team and development activities.
➢ Have Able to prepare and maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering
data.
➢ Preparing monthly Employee salary sheet with comparing related records, monthly joining and
resign status.
➢ Preparing Employee list and employee Database.
➢ Prepare daily attendance list and send mail to respective department heads.
