Quality Assurance Officer
Taufika Foods & Lovello Ice-Cream PLC (Group of Companies)1. To perform analysis/testing of raw materials, bulk materials, intermediates, and finished products as scheduled by immediate superior and all testing to be done accordingly to test procedure.
2. To prepare test reports in prescribed forms and to maintain proper filing of records for easy retrieving.
3. To prepare Test Solution, Volumetric Solution, Buffers and Indicators and to label time to time and to standardize as when required.
4. Microbiological test (E.coli, SPC, Yeast & Molds, Salmonella spp.).
5. To perform and monitor calibration of QC equipment and update all records accordingly.
6. To assist other QC/QA personnel as directed from time to time.
7. To assist immediate superior to prepare monthly requirement of reagents, laboratory glassware & other consumables.
8. To ensure all retention samples of raw materials and Finished Products are kept as scheduled and maintained properly.
9. To ensure the QC area's housekeeping and sanitation with compliance of food safety.
10. Follow up the ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) operation (DO, TDS and pH).
11. Update and implement all QA Documents activities according to ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, GMP & BSTI requirements.
12. Arrange relevant training programs for staff and the workforce to ensure a quality work environment in the organization.
