1. To ensure smooth and systematic HR, Admin and Compliance Practices as per Company Policy.
2. Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and managing the employment process.
3. HR Planning and Development - Selection, Recruitment, Placement, Orientation and Induction.
4. Management of staff transition - Probation, confirmation, increment, transfers.
5. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
6. Coordinating with other departments, while reporting to the HR Manager about records and documents of the organization.
