During my work at German University Bangladesh, I conducted on administrative and academic functions of department, include managing departmental files, preparing reports, coordinating schedules, and assisting faculty with teaching materials and examinations. Also, I have acted as a liaison between students and faculty, addressing academic and administrative queries, and facilitating smooth communication. Additionally, I have organized departmental events such as workshops and seminars, ensure compliance with university policies, and contribute to process improvements.

As a research assistant, I conducted research on how to make education accessible to all students, regardless of ability or disability.I worked with teachers, administrators, and other researchers to develop strategies for creating an inclusive learning environment.
