• Reason Assignment: In case a task is rejected, provide specific reasons for rejection according to the provided guidelines and criteria.

• Task Approval/ Rejection: Approve or reject tasks based on validation results and guidelines.

• Performance Metrics: Work towards increasing the number of approved tasks, reducing rejected tasks, and minimizing pending tasks, which will be a key performance indicator (KPI) for this project.

• Test Lookerstudio Dashboard: Track daily response times by monitoring average response time (ART) and average first response time (FRT) from conversations.

• Email Inflow: Track how many times an email has been opened and reopened over a period of time.
