• To ensure necessary Design-Drawing (SLD, ELD, AS-Build Drawing, LPS, IR, ER Test, Thermal Scan &Electrical Load Management, etc. as per standard of RSC/NFPA/BNBC/ NIRAPON, Local laws)

• Electrical Safety Management (HT/LT, Substation, Transformer, Generator, Switchgear, Compressor)

• RSC/NIRAPON/Buyer Compliance & Audit Preparation.

•Preventive Maintenance Plan & Schedule making & Implementation.

• Diagnose Mechanical, Electrical & Automation issues & provide quick solution.

• Prepare regular reports on machine performances, downtime & maintenance costs.

• Maintain spare parts inventory & ensure availability when required.

• Recommend & implement machinery upgrades or modifications for productivity improvement.

• Train the maintenance team for skill development, Project Planning, Costing & Budgeting.

• Lead the maintenance department and ensure all machines are in proper working conditions

• To follow up repair & maintenance of all Electrical, Electromechanical equipment for all Units.

•FADS: Fire Detection System Design, Installation & Maintenance by NFPA/FSCD/BNBC Standard.

• FPS: Protection Systems Design, Installation & maintenance by NFPA/FSCD/BNBC Standard.

•T&C Facing & CAP closure according to RSC/NFPA Guideline.

•Documentation, Data Sheet Checking with product Review & keep Updated.

•BOQ, Estimation & Costing Analysis

• To ensure Fire Detection & Protection System, Fire Separation with sound knowledge regarding installation of all instrument of Electrical and Fire as per standard of RSC/BNBC/ NIRAPON.

• Responsible for Performing T&C, Inspection, Verification of Electrical & Fire as required of RSC & NIRAPON.

• To ensure and implementation of all required policies, procedures & documents to meet the buyers, RSC Standard.  

• Responsible for Planning & supervising for the whole Project for materials Costing and budget.

• Responsible for Prioritization of work schedule (Short, Middle & Long Term) as required.

• To ensure that the Responsible for Providing engineering support to the RSC inspection program.

• Responsible for Producing inspection reports and design document review comment in accordance with RSC.

• Responsible for coordinating with related department/team members, contractors, vendor, supplier, consultant for implementation the construction project & maintenance works

• Operation and maintenance of HVAC: Dehumidifier, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Boiler, Air Handling Unit (AHU), Fan Coil Unit (FCU), PA & Sound System. Building Automation System (BAS).

1. To prepared SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

2. To prepared maintenance schedule.

3. To manages shifting staff and all technicians.

4. To communication with varies Suppliers and to communicate with head office.

5. Installation new machine with handle IQ, OQ, DQ &PQ.

6. Look after maintenance work for production and utility machinery.

7. Electrical trouble shooting of all machines.

8. To prepare preventive maintenance schedule according to requirement of machine

9. Cary-out break down maintenance.

10. Overall responsibility of fire detection & alarm system.

11. To ensure the spare parts of the respective machinery.

12. To prepare yearly budget CAPEX and OPEX

13. Leading the technical team and train up Subordinate engineers and technicians of engineering department.

14. Preparing engineering maintenance budget.

15. Modification/change as per the direction of head of engineering.

16. Any others activities as and when required by the management.

17. Documentation.

18. All kinds of Product Manufacturing Machinery Installation, Operation and Maintenance.

19. To prepared validation schedule and work.
