1. Ensure all operations in Production / QC / Warehouse are performed in accordance with the relevant cGMP guidelines. 

2. To conduct daily floor inspections and prepare the report of recommended actions.

3. To conduct In-process Check (IPC) of Dispensing, Manufacturing, Primary Packaging & Secondary Packaging area and line clearances of production activities.

4. To record all online rejections during In-process check and monitor the overall actions regarding rejection.

5. To monitor daily environmental condition of retention sample area.

6. To archive and retrieve batch documents and production sample.

7. To issue and control of BMR, BPR as per production requirement.

8. To issue the log book and archiving of the obsolete copy of log book.

9. To booster co-ordination with all concern departments regarding quality related activities.

Successfully completed my internship at Delta Pharma Limited and duration was 15 days. I completed my internship with these departments : Warehouse (RM/PM/FG) & Dispensing, Blistering, Packaging & batch release, Tablet processing, Tablet compression, Coating, Capsule & container filling, QA department (IPC), Liquid, PFS & Methotrexate, Product development & Cephalosporin, QC department, Engineering department with WTP & ETP.
