Identify potential dealers and establish partnerships through effective communication. Collect and report market and competitor insights. Organize demo plots and field days to promote products. Achieve monthly sales targets aligned with pricing strategies.

Develop monthly territory plans aligned with dealer budgets, update stock monitoring app, and achieve sales targets. Support promotional activities with SPOs, train and motivate SAs/SPOs to enhance performance, evaluate their results, and gather data on cropland and market size.

Overseeing 20 Common Interest Groups (CIGs) and 29-member Market Management Committees (MMCs) for crop value chain development. Responsibilities include farmer-market linkage, data management, promoting sustainable farming practices, post-harvest management, and business development. Ensures accurate inventory records, verifies stock levels, and delivers detailed reports to management while collaborating with project teams for high-quality solutions.
