• Implemented marketing activations collaborating with cross functional team to increase order growth for each city. 

• Established from scratch the regional commercial department for Daraz providing business growth & opportunity for 7 major cities outside Dhaka.
• Led the team who managed around 3000 merchants’ base which contributed 8%of total business. 

• Directed sourcing and procurement activities, controlling annual spend of around $10Mn across all categories within the scopes maintaining KPIs & compliances
• Onboarded new suppliers to remove single vendor dependency & consolidated(where applicable) by managing successful relationships with over 200 vendors.
