Dhaka Overseeing infrastructure construction, coordinating activities, and simultaneously managing 3-7 projects on timeframe, maintaining old buildings, and building lake models, road networks, and masterplans.

 Conducting site investigations, monitoring projects, forecasting, preparing progress reports, providing technical support, and preparing as-built and proposed drawings.  Implementation, erection, quality control of construction projects.

 Coordinating with engineer, architect, procurement, HR vendors and suppliers.

 Collecting quotations, compare prices, shortlist vendors, prepare budgets, schedule, check quantities, and negotiate.

 ERP is used to control budget, bill, advance, requisition, task, project, time schedule, salary, leave, and more to meet the organization's requirements.

 Preparing meeting schedule, agendas, meeting minutes, drafting letter, etc. 

Despite the resolution of numerous quality issues, the service period at Riajbag was short and challenging.

 Estimating, project scheduling, supervision, material selection and demand, quality control, labor control, and safety.  

Assigned as a part-timer, performed structural detailing and revised drawings of RCC buildings and reduced construction pile cost by about Tk. 7 lacs.

Performed: planning, structural drawing, affordable design and construction for 3 small projects.

 Estimating, budgeting, and monitoring projects; preparing technical design, documentation, and checking formwork, props, brick, plumbing, and plasterwork; vendor selection; and material purchase. 

Performed proposed/as-built detail drawing, documentation, structural detailing, and drafting of water pipelines, valve chambers, and fire hydrants.

 Deadline-meeting techniques were developed, and project schedules and tasks formed for the on-site engineer and surveyor.

 Ensure engineering standards, specifications, and summarized quantities.
