• Provide expert guidance to students on studying in China, available scholarships, and visa processes, ensuring they understand admission requirements and procedures.

• Prepare, review, and submit student applications to Chinese universities, ensuring accuracy and completeness according to university and scholarship criteria.

• Assist students in applying for 100% scholarships, including Chinese Government Scholarships (CSC), provincial scholarships, and university-specific funding opportunities.

• Maintain and update student records, application statuses, and scholarship details in Google Sheets/Excel or other relevant databases.

• Communicate with Chinese universities regarding admissions, scholarship offers, and required documentation, ensuring a smooth application process.

• Guide students through the China student visa (X1/X2) application process, helping with document preparation, submission, and embassy appointments.

• Review and verify academic transcripts, recommendation letters, study plans, and financial documents to ensure compliance with admission and visa requirements.

• Stay updated on changes in Chinese university admission policies, visa regulations, and scholarship updates, and share relevant information with the team and students.

• Regularly follow up with students, universities, and visa processing authorities to track progress and resolve any issues.

• Organize and participate in study abroad seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions to promote opportunities for studying in China.

• Address student concerns, troubleshoot application issues, and provide solutions to any challenges in the admission or visa process.

• Work closely with other team members, departments, and external partners to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

• Prepare periodic reports on student applications, admission success rates, and scholarship allocations for management review.

• Proficient in developing, deploying and managing computerized systems that gather, retain, evaluate and exhibit data to facilitate the achievement of organizational aims and objectives. 

• Proficient in collecting and organizing data from diverse sources, utilizing statistical techniques and software tools for data analysis and creating comprehensive reports and presentations that showcase significant insights and trends. 

• Consistently completed assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner as directed by management, while maintaining effective communication between the company and employees. 

• Proficient in monitoring daily business operation costs, verifying and evaluating accounting transactions updates, and providing corresponding reports to top management. 

• Skilled in collecting and compiling monthly reports, conducting inventory analysis for month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing, and submitting reports in accordance with management requirements. 

• Proficient in developing and maintaining various reporting dashboard, technical support to end-users, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and collaborating with IT teams to promptly resolve system-related problems.
