- Drafting letters, policies and process for approval and circulation. Maintain meeting schedule, taking notes and preparing minutes, circulate the minutes and follow up to ensure outcome.
- Assist the section head/supervisor to organize data for reports and presentations.
- Organize office operations and procedures such as managing the inside and outside office environment, stuff, equipment, logistics and updating the ERP system.
- Managing internal and external correspondence with different stakeholders by email and letters on behalf of the department/Supervisor.
