My first job in the USA was in Direct Sales sector at Best Buy Inc, Dallas, Texas. I have started my career as “Sales Associate” in Computer & Accessories Sales Depeetment. At first my job responsibility was to sale Computar, (Both brand & generic), accessories & “Extended Warrenty Service”, which was like buy insurance for the product. I have to approch every customer entered in our store as provided in training. My first job was to listen customer's problem, his requirement, or solution he has made allready, if customer was not sure about what he or she needs to buy, After carefully observing his activies i had to help her or to offer her depending on my analysis about that customer. I have showed them different varients of same thing, explain its usefullness, quality. I had to highlight what benifits he/she will going to have if he buy this. I also create a felling of “Ownership” in the customer by let him explore the item in his own way. Most of the time these carefully chosen strategies has worked.
After confarmation of Main item sales, i used to offer them different types of accessories. Those are like a box of blank DVD, Pen drive, Printer, Extra inks, a leather bag with laptop, items those have high profit margin for company.
Completing these part successfully then i have to deal with most challenging part, which is to sell “Extended Warrenty Service”, It was like an insurance of the product he bought. It created most of the profit margin for the company, sales associate also got commission if they can sale it.
I have fillup the target for six months continuously. After that i was promoted as “Sales Supervisor” where i have to take care of 12 Sales Associates in the floor. I had to guide them how to do things properly, Also had to help them when they need me to close any potential sales deal with Customer.
After 18 months of continious service, i was promoted as shift in-charge/ Manager. At that time i had to mantain a keen observation to whole depertment. Solve any problem arised at any time, had to make work schedule of sales asssociate, Train sales asociates on Sales Skill & Customer Relationship Management skill every week. Also had to do some administrative work.

Also wrote down product description, Collect customer`s feedback from social media & other platforms, i got very good feedback from customer, where medical science do not have any solutions, but solutions are given in natural products. Scientific names are ` `MUCUNA PRURIENS` Known as `Valvet Bean`, Its an excellent product for Man`s infertility issue, specially increase number of Sperm & Sperm Motility. Another one is ` Withania Somnifera ` locally known as `Ashawgandha`. It helps men to boost endurance, supply adequte energy. Another one is named `Hibiscus Rosa Sinensis`, wich is locally named Joba, kind of red flower. It works very well in piles treatment. Another famous name most of us don`t know is `Cassia angustifolia' known as Sona pata in bengali. It is a very good laxative. I personally ensure reference of previous research with all those, have written product description depending on research in Bangla, including rules of eating for getting best result. These Product are already in market & we are selling these product like hot cake as most of the customers getting very good result. By working in this company i am utilizing my full potential & skills, research & analyze to find out positive impact at our body. which will help people to solve their problems. I convince others with my logical & analytical approach of thinking why should they choose our product. With Instinctive creative thinking skills along with my professional knowledge & experience i always like to be a part of innovative process in distributing products. We have good setup of Distributor around the country, a dedicated sales force, a distribution network with adequate transports.
