Position Summary
We are looking for some candidates for the position of Visa Consultant (Female)
Job Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the visa application process for work and travel visas.
- Ensure all documentation is correctly prepared and submitted within deadlines.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, visa policies, and any changes in procedures.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities to facilitate applications.
- Provide visa counseling and pre-departure guidance to clients.
- Assist in tracking the status of visa applications and follow up with clients regarding updates.
- Manage records and ensure customer data is accurate and confidential.
- Offer tailored solutions for complex cases and rejected applications.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
- Diploma in Business Studies
Additional Qualifications
- Age: 25 to 50 years.
- Familiarity with visa policies, application procedures, and immigration regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (written & verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- The candidate must have good communication skills over the phone.
