Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and multi-talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling, taking projects from initial concept and on-set production all the way through final post-production.The ideal candidate has a keen eye for framing, a deep understanding of lighting and audio, and the technical editing skills to turn raw footage into high-converting, engaging content across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and web).
Job Responsibilities
Production (Videography)
- Execute High Quality Shoots: Shoot promotional videos, event coverage, social media reels, interviews, and long-form content.
- Technical On-Set Setup: Confidently handle professional camera setups, framing, multi-point lighting, and crisp audio recording during shoots.
- Creative Conception: Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and plan visual concepts and video ideas.
Post-Production (Video Editing)
- Narrative Editing: Edit raw footage into cohesive, engaging, and impactful stories that capture the audience's attention.
- Enhance Visuals & Audio: Add dynamic motion graphics, accurate captions, seamless transitions, and professional sound design/audio mixing.
- Brand Consistency: Strictly maintain the brand’s unique visual style, tone, and storytelling quality across all video assets.
- Asset Management: Organize, back up, and manage raw footage and project files efficiently.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (a strong portfolio or show reel is required).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with professional cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless, or Cinema), lighting setups, and audio equipment (lavaliers, shotguns, mixers).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
- Platform Savvy: Strong understanding of vertical video formats (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) as well as traditional horizontal formatting (YouTube/Promos).
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, ability to meet tight deadlines, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
