Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join us as Trainer, BRAC Education Programme. The role supports an initiative targeting out-of-school primary children through an accelerated learning model. It involves enhancing teachers’ capacity in key subject areas within the primary education sector, with a strong focus on strengthening pedagogical practices and improving classroom instruction. The position also contributes to ensuring quality learning outcomes by equipping teachers with effective teaching methodologies and supporting the overall success of the project.

This strategy integrates foundational education with essential health services, including nutrition, vision, and hygiene support, while empowering 15,000 youth to spearhead climate resilience actions. Together, these efforts create a community-driven ecosystem that ensures the next generation can recover their education and lead their communities toward a more sustainable and resilient future.
