Position Summary

Responsible for managing territory sales operations, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer and distributor relationships in the FMCG market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and ensure growth within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Ensure proper distribution and availability of products in all outlets
  • Manage and supervise the sales team (Sales Officers/Representatives)
  • Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain financial discipline
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
Additional Qualifications

  • Age 25 to 35 years


Education

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Marketing

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years
