Position Summary

Shift Time: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Shift Type: Afternoon Shift (UK Campaign)

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to UK-based customers.
- Introduce products and promotional offers.
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain engagement.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads when required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure quality communication and customer satisfaction.
Educational Qualifications
- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Any Discipline
- Diploma in Any Discipline
- Bachelor (Honours) in Any Discipline
- Masters in Any Discipline
