Position Summary

We are looking for a forward-thinking, metrics-driven Technical Project & Operations Manager who does not just check off tasks but actively drives Business Growth, ROI, and Operational Excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. KPI Accountability & Performance Tracking

  • Own the end-to-end execution of projects with absolute accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) like Project Profitability, Resource Utilization Rate, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Establish, monitor, and report on project-specific KPIs to ensure teams are working at peak efficiency.
  • Implement structured framework systems to measure project success and team speed.

2. ROI Optimization & Business Growth

  • Analyze project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to minimize overhead and maximize client ROI.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and scale efficiency by leveraging modern tools and operational hacks.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure that our project delivery model supports long-term revenue scaling and customer retention.

3. Tech Stack & AI Integration Ecosystem

  • Audit and optimize internal workflows by integrating modern automation systems and AI tools to eliminate repetitive manual work.
  • Oversee data-driven workflows inside CRM environments, standardizing how client data, lead intakes, and communications are handled.
  • Maintain clear tracking setups within the team to ensure zero data leaks or dropped leads.

4. High-Performance Team Leadership

  • Manage cross-functional teams (Developers, Designers, and Operations Specialists) by setting high-impact, transparent goals.
  • Conduct daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions that focus heavily on outcome over output.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability where every team member clearly understands how their individual work impacts the overall business growth.

5. Technical Scope & Stakeholder Management

  • Translate complex client operational goals into clear, step-by-step technical execution roadmaps for the team.
  • Manage high-value client communication, ensuring absolute clarity on deliverables, milestones, and strategic value.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Scrum Master—ideally in an agency or fast-growing tech workspace.
  • Metrics & ROI Native: Proven track record of owning KPIs and driving measurable operational growth (must be comfortable working with budgets, margins, and performance data).
  • Advanced Tool Stack: Expert-level mastery of project management infrastructure (ClickUp, Asana, or Jira) and experience working alongside technical automation setups or modern CRM systems.
  • AI & Automation Mindset: Active familiarity with how modern AI tools and automated pipelines can optimize team bandwidth and speed up project delivery.
  • High-Level Communication: Exceptional command of professional English, with the ability to lead high-level strategy calls with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Execution & Drive: Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills. A strict problem-solver who operates proactively under tight timelines. Preferred / Nice-to-Have
  • Background or certification in Agile/Scrum, PMP, or Six Sigma.
  • Hands-on experience working in high-intensity shifts aligned with international or US time zones.
  • Deep understanding of high-converting sales funnels, web platform migrations, or data architecture.
