Position Summary
Daffodil International University (DIU) invites applications for the prestigious Teaching Apprenticeship Fellowship (TAF) Program 2026, a structured leadership and faculty development initiative designed to prepare the next generation of educators, researchers, mentors, innovators, and academic leaders.
The TAF Program is not merely a teaching assistantship. It is a comprehensive academic leadership development program that combines teaching, research, mentoring, AI-enabled education, industry engagement, capstone supervision, microcredential development, and digital learning content creation.
Program Objectives
The program aims to:
- Develop future faculty members and academic leaders.
- Build strong teaching, mentoring, and research capabilities.
- Prepare fellows for Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and project-based learning.
- Integrate AI, technology, and innovation into teaching practices.
- Develop BLC, IOU.AC, and GoEdu.AC learning resources.
- Support capstone projects, microcredentials, and industry-academia collaboration.
- Identify and nurture high-potential academic talent.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend and support assigned faculty members in classes.
- Mentor students who are academically at risk.
- Assist in research, publication, and innovation activities.
- Develop digital learning content for BLC, IOU.AC, and GoEdu.AC.
- Support capstone projects and microcredential programs.
- Analyze teaching practices and recommend improvements.
- Benchmark global best practices in teaching, AI, research, and higher education.
- Prepare monthly contribution and improvement reports.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
