Position Summary

We are looking for somme candidates for the posititon of System Support Engineer (NOC). SaltSync is looking for recruiting skilled Support Engineer. The incumbent will be responsible for diagnose and resolve problems with hardware, software, and network issues, as well as look for and recommend updates to streamline processes.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Support Call receive, Complain Note-down, Remote support, service monitoring, Operate different services, Report creation.
Direct client support and client visit.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
The Setting, installing testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
IPV4, IPV6 knowledge, IP address planning, Local Network, Public Network.
Maintain all the Departmental activities, prepare all documentation of the running system and update the version control of documentation periodically as a part of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
Configure Mikrotik, OLT and other network devices.
Network monitoring regular basis.

Qualification

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science/EEE /ETE from a reputed educational institution.
Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and beyond working hours.
ISP Experience is must.
