Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, online & Email.
• Provide appropriate advice based on understanding clients' goals and needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly.
• Assist clients with necessary documentation and application processes.
• Explain service details clearly and professionally.
• Candidate should have clear concept about universities & education system of India
• Counselling with the students and their parents over phone regarding admission, scholarship, eligibility for higher study in India.
• Build a strong relationship with the students over the phone and face to face. Prepare necessary documents.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Candidate must have related work experience in the same industry.
• Candidate should have mentality to work at under pressure.

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• Working in Education consultancy firm are getting preference first
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Call center , Telemarketing.
• Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply.
