Position Summary

Qualifications

Graduate in any Discipline
Knowledge about student counseling
Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Google Doc, Sheet etc.

Experience:

1-2years experience in (MALAYSIA) counseling, with a proven track record of handling diverse client needs.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Proficiency in using counseling software and tools is a plus.
