Job Responsibilities

• Visit customers to provide timely maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure proper service delivery by the service team within the assigned territory/region.
• Ensure spare parts availability and achieve sales targets at the territory/region level.
• Effectively manage service and spare parts dealers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market and customer visits, and address customer complaints to ensure improved service delivery.
• Train, develop, and supervise field service technicians and other relevant personnel.
• Prepare and submit reports and bills on time as required.
• Conduct technical failure analysis and prepare reports for warranty submission.
• Perform refurbishment and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) as and when required.
• Ensure proper installation and commissioning of new vehicles.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile
• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile

Experience

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries

• Age 24 to 32 years
• Only Male

Candidates must have motorcycle riding skills.
