Position Summary

ACI Motors is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr./Sales Engineer for its Renewable Energy Division (Hybrid Solar Inverter Business). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical support, preparing solutions based on client requirements, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting site assessments, and ensuring proper installation and performance of solutions within the assigned territory. The position requires a solid blend of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and effective sales capability.

Job Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for EcoFlow, Good We, Solar Products and Projects.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and dealer networks.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations.
Coordinate with technical teams for site assessment and project execution.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and tenders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business potential.
Ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases.
Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and training initiatives.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Educational Qualifications

Bachelor in Engineering in Bsc in EEE

Additional Qualifications

Education

B.Sc. in EEE, ME, or a relevant discipline from a reputed university.

Experience

3 to 6 years

Additional Requirements

3-6 Years of experience in Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, or relevant industry.
