Position Summary

The Sr. Officer & Lead – Creative and Innovation is responsible for leading DIPTI’s creative branding, content development, digital engagement, and institutional promotion initiatives. The position plays a strategic role in strengthening DIPTI’s brand identity, increasing stakeholder engagement, supporting student recruitment, and enhancing institutional visibility through innovative storytelling, multimedia content, and integrated marketing campaigns.

The incumbent will lead the Creative and Innovation Team, supervise creative resources, coordinate cross-functional branding activities, and ensure the successful execution of institutional campaigns, events, and communication strategies.


Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Branding & Institutional Promotion

  • Develop and implement annual branding and communication strategies aligned with DIPTI’s vision, mission, and growth objective
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for admissions, training programs, institutional achievements, partnerships, and special events.
  • Ensure consistency of DIPTI’s brand identity across all digital, print, and physical communication channels.
  • Monitor brand positioning and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

2. Creative Content Development & Innovation

  • Lead the planning, production, and distribution of creative content, including:
  • Promotional videos
  • Student success stories
  • Alumni highlights
  • Event coverage
  • Reels, shorts, and documentaries
  • Social media campaigns
  • Graphic design materials
  • Supervise content ideation, scripting, storyboarding, production, editing, and publishing.
  • Introduce innovative content formats and emerging media trends to enhance audience engagement.
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet institutional quality standards and branding guidelines.

3. Digital Media & Social Platform Management

  • Oversee DIPTI’s digital presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop audience engagement strategies and optimize digital campaigns for visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor social media analytics and audience behavior to improve performance.
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries, comments, and community interactions.

4. Event Branding & Media Coverage

  • Lead the creative planning and branding execution of institutional events, seminars, workshops, competitions, training programs, and project activities.
  • Develop branding materials including banners, backdrops, certificates, brochures, digital displays, and event promotional assets.
  • Coordinate event photography, videography, live coverage, and post-event storytelling.
  • Produce event recap videos and impact reports.

5. Team Leadership & Resource Management

  • Lead and supervise graphic designers, videographers, editors, content creators, interns, and campus ambassadors.
  • Allocate workloads and ensure timely completion of creative projects.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Admission & Counseling teams to support lead generation and enrollment campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Student Affairs to promote student achievements, competitions, and alumni success stories.
  • Support project teams in branding donor-funded, government-funded, and institutional initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, media partners, and stakeholders when necessary.

7. Creative Project Management

  • Develop and maintain annual, quarterly, and monthly content calendars.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures where required.
  • Maintain creative asset repositories and institutional media archives.

8. Institutional Representation

  • Represent DIPTI professionally in public events, industry engagements, media activities, and external communications.
  • Promote the values, image, and reputation of DIPTI and Daffodil Group through all communication channels.

9. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay updated with emerging trends in branding, creative design, AI-powered content creation, social media marketing, and digital storytelling.
  • Recommend innovative strategies, tools, and technologies to strengthen DIPTI’s communication and branding ecosystem.
  • Drive initiatives that improve audience engagement, brand awareness, and institutional impact.

10. Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management in alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in BBA Marketing
Additional Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branding, creative media, digital marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Previous experience leading creative teams and managing institutional branding initiatives is preferred.
