We need proven Mechanical Engineer for our Corporate Head Office.

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of mechanical maintenance for a manufacturing facility. This includes developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, managing the maintenance budget, and overseeing the work of the maintenance team.

The position requires strong knowledge of mechanical systems and a background in maintenance management.

• Preparation of BOQ, Estimate, Erection & Installation of Boiler, Compressor, Generator, Pump, ETP, STP, WTP, Steam line, Water line, Airline, Duct line etc
• Energy Savings & Waste Heat Recovery systems like EGB, HRU, CRS, procurement, erection & installation works.
• Calculation, Design, Procurement & installation of HVAC Systems like Split AC, VRF AC, Dehumidifier and Ventilation system etc.
• Procurement, & maintenance of capital machinery like as Pump, Compressor, Boiler, Flow Meter, Deep Tube Well etc.
• Design & Development works of new project and existing projects regarding factory establishment.
• Coordination with factory for repair & schedule maintenance of compressor, boiler, pump, ETP, STP, WTP etc.
• Factory material requisition tracking, Preparation of budget, Approval and Submission to PSM.
• Quotation collection, CS Preparation, Negotiation, Vendor Selection, Work order Insurance & Bill Processing for Erection, Installation, Repair and maintenance work.
• AC, Dehumidifier & Cooling Tower Load Calculation and selection.
• Deep Tube Well Design, Quotation Collection, Negotiation, Vendor Selection, Work Order Issuance, Work Supervision and Bill Processing.
• Erection and Installation of Boiler, Compressor, Pump, Heat Recovery System, Condensate Recovery System.
• Boiler Registration and Generator License Issuance, Registration Tracking, Renewal, Amendment and Cancellation.
• To attend different project meetings with Engineering Division for new installation and project development.
• Any other jobs assigned by the management.
