Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and databases.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to translate
• business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers when needed.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications during development and after deployment.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)

Additional Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

Proficiency in React.js (including hooks, context API, Redux or similar state

management).

Strong backend development skills with Node.js and Express.js.

Solid understanding of MongoDB and Mongoose.

 Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and deployment tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a remote work

environment.
