Position Summary

This role oversees the integration of strategic human resources, office administration, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth organizational operations. You'll be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring all company practices strictly adhere to local labor laws and safety audits.

Job Responsibilities

a) Manage recruitment & selection process (CV screening, interview coordination & onboarding)

b)   Maintain employee database, personal files and HRIS records

c)   Handle attendance, leave management, payroll support and final settlement

d)   Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and audit requirements

e)   Prepare HR letters, reports and official documents

f)    Monitor disciplinary actions, grievance handling and employee engagement

g)   Oversee administrative operations (office management, logistics & vendor management)

h)   Coordinate with government bodies and regulatory authorities when required

i)     Support in policy development and implementation

j)     Ensure workplace safety and compliance standards

k)   Any others job assign by the management

Required Educational Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management (HRM)
Additional Qualifications

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Sr. Executive: 3–5 years
  • Assistant Manager: 5–8 years
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and compliance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in ERP & MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Education

  • MBA/BBA/Masters in HRM from a reputed university

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies
