Position Summary
Responsible for supporting go-to-market strategies, coordinating product launches, and driving market execution to support business growth in the hygiene sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive distribution, availability, and visibility of hygiene products across FMCG channels.
- Support execution of new product launches, market expansions, and channel rollouts in line with approved business plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning to ensure seamless GTM execution.
- Translate brand, pricing, and promotion strategies into channel-specific execution plans and guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate field-level execution including outlet coverage, product placement, planogram compliance, and merchandising effectiveness.
- Track and analyze key GTM performance indicators such as numeric and weighted distribution, reach, visibility scores, and launch success metrics.
- Conduct market, channel, and competitor analysis to identify performance gaps, execution risks, and growth opportunities.
- Support development and deployment of trade programs, channel initiatives, and in-store activation to enhance product penetration and offtake.
- Prepare periodic GTM reports, dashboards, and management presentations with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of GTM frameworks, tools, and execution processes in line with FMCG best practices.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM/RTM models
- Experience in designing and implementing market expansion and coverage strategies
- Experience in territory structuring, beat planning, and field force optimization
- Ability to identify market gaps and design solutions for improved availability and visibility
Education
Experience
- At least 2 years
