To deliver precision engineering designs, yield assessments, shade analysis, and complete structural/electrical BOQs for utility and commercial Solar PV systems. 

• Conduct solar energy generation simulations and yield analysis using PVSyst, Helioscope, or equivalent platforms.
• Design single-line diagrams (SLDs), stringing layouts, inverter placements, and cable routing schedules via AutoCAD.
• Perform shade assessments, 3D scene modeling, and structural loading calculations for rooftop and ground-mounted structures.
• Develop full, itemized BOQs for electrical components (cables, switchgear, transformers, protection) and structural elements (racking, fasteners).
• Conduct site surveys to evaluate structural integrity, grid interconnection points, and civil conditions. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Simulation accuracy and PVSyst performance ratio (PR) reliability compared to actual site yields.
• Reduction of engineering material waste and over-estimation through accurate BOQs.
• Design turnaround speed for pre-sales bids and execution drawings. 

Qualifications & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Civil Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of practical design experience in Solar PV projects (C&I and utility scale).
• Mastery of PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and electrical design toolsets.
• Strong knowledge of IEC standards, local grid interconnectivity requirements, and electrical safety codes.
