Job Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis: Analyze and document software requirements through stakeholder consultations and technical discussions

Use Case Diagram Development: Create comprehensive use case diagrams to illustrate system functionalities and user interactions

Process Flow Documentation: Design detailed process flow diagrams to map out system workflows and business logic

SRS Preparation: Prepare complete Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents following industry standards and best practices

UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly software interfaces using Figma, ensuring optimal user experience

User Manual Creation: Develop comprehensive software user manuals with clear instructions, screenshots, and troubleshooting guides

Documentation Maintenance: Update and maintain all technical documentation to reflect system changes and enhancements

Quality Assurance: Review and validate all documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure documentation aligns with project objectives

CV Preparation: CV Preparation for Tender Submission.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Additional Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science
• It will Be an Advantage to obtain these Professional Certification like CCNA, Togaf, UI/UX Certification Oracle Certification or if any other etc.

Experience

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 25 to 40 years
