Position Summary

Responsible for managing territory sales, developing customer relationships, and driving business growth for consumer brand products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve secondary sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Analyze data, sales trends, and market competition to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges within the territory.
  • Lead the sales team of SR and assess sales performance according to sales KPI.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to SR, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements within the territory.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications

  • Age At least 24 years


Education

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
