Position Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining MIS software systems, improving data management processes, and supporting business operations through technology solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications using PHP (Laravel Framework).
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems.
- Design and implement responsive and modern frontend applications using Vue.js.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, including:
- Complex queries
- Stored procedures
- Performance tuning
- Index optimization
- Database troubleshooting
- Lead API development and integration with internal and third-party systems.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality through structured review processes.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Participate in business requirement analysis, solution architecture, and technical feasibility discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, QA teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
- Ensure application security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery standards are maintained.
- Support deployment, troubleshooting, production issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to enterprise digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and development standards.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Additional Qualifications
- Technical Competencies:
- Strong expertise in PHP development with Laravel Framework.
- Proven hands-on experience in Vue.js frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including:
- Query optimization
- Stored procedures
- Functions
- Triggers
- Indexing
- Execution plan analysis
- Performance tuning
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), MVC architecture, and software design principles.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive UI development.
- Experience in enterprise application architecture and deployment environments.
- Familiarity with IIS, Apache, or Nginx server configuration will be an advantage.
- Strong commitment to quality, performance and continuous learning.
- Experience in ERP, HRM ,Sales Automation or enterprise business applications will be considered an added advantage.

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
