Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the renewable energy service team for EcoFlow & GoodWe products.
• Train service personnel on product knowledge, installation standards, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain service apps, SOPs, and dashboards for reporting and revenue tracking.
• Conduct field visits for product performance assessment and service improvement.
• Coordinate with principals for warranty claims, technical issues, and product feedback.
• Build and manage a local electrician network for third-party service support.
• Plan and execute service-related promotional activities
• Ensure availability of tools, bikes, SIM cards, and other logistics for service operations
• Submit timely service reports, documentation, and expense bills.
• Support additional service tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE)

Additional Qualifications

Education

• B.Sc. in EEE, ME, or a relevant discipline from a reputed university.
• 3-6 Years of Experience in Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, or relevant industry
