Position Summary

We are hiring Senior Sales & Marketing Officer) for Alliance Builders Ltd.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set sales goals and implement effective sales strategies for selling Hotel Shares of Alliance Builders Ltd. at Cox’s Bazar and Kuakata.
  • Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets within the stipulated deadlines.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, provide consultancy, and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Generate leads through phone calls, referrals, field visits, networking, digital platforms, and promotional events.
  • Identify prospective clients through door-to-door visits and other direct marketing activities.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly client visit plans.
  • Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site/property visits, and regular follow-ups to close sales successfully.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and objections confidently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding project features, pricing, floor plans, facilities, investment benefits, and payment plans.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit regular performance updates to the Team Leader.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, promotional events, and other marketing activities organized by the company.
  • Perform any other sales and marketing-related duties assigned by the management.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications

  • Age 25 to 55 years
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, FMCG, Insurance, MLM, Medical Promotion, or Direct Sales will be given preference.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales potential are also encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent presentation skills.



Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years
