Position Summary

As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our elite sales team and drive our market presence forward.

Job Responsibilities

  • ​Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify, engage, and pitch premium property solutions to potential buyers and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service from initial inquiry to final handover.
  • ​Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and property values to pitch effectively and handle objections.
  • ​Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Site Visits: Conduct professional property viewings and site visits, highlighting the unique selling propositions (USPs) of our projects.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, leads, and sales pipelines in the company CRM.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • BBA(Hon’s) in Marketing
Additional Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Minimum BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) majoring in Sales & Marketing from a reputed university.

Experience

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 35 years

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience specifically within a reputed Real Estate Development company.

Track Record: A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets in the real estate sector.

SKILLS:

  • Minimum knowledge in Digital Campaign Management (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Email Marketing & Massage Campaign.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on customer journeys.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing consistency and external vendors, agencies, partners as needed.

Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.
