Position Summary

We are looking for the position of Senior Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales:-

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across real estate, interior design, and furniture sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
  • Conduct client consultations and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements.

Customer Journey Management:-

  • Manage the complete client journey from lead generation to project handover.
  • Follow up on inquiries generated through digital marketing channels and referrals.
  • Coordinate client visits to the BH Experience Centre and project sites.
  • Ensure a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.

Cross-Functional Coordination:-

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the BH Team, including design, technical, and marketing departments.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and timely project updates.
  • Support project execution by ensuring client expectations are clearly communicated internally.

Portfolio & Performance Management:-

  • Monitor sales performance and client engagement activities across assigned business units.
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for business improvement.

Brand Representation:-

  • Represent BH Holdings at networking events, exhibitions, corporate meetings, and industry gatherings.
  • Promote and uphold the professional image and reputation of the BH brand.

Market Intelligence:-

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities within Bangladesh.
  • Share market insights to support strategic decision-making and business expansion.


Required Educational Qualifications
  • Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
Additional Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design, Real Estate

Additional Requirements

Communication Skills-:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.Ability to confidently present products, services, and design concepts to clients.

Interpersonal Skills-:

Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.Professional appearance and confidence when interacting with high-value clients.

Technical Skills-:

Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, email communication, and social media platforms. Comfortable managing client follow-ups through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
