Position Summary
ACI Premio Plastics, is one of the leading plastics manufacturers in Bangladesh. It is looking for a suitable job incumbent in the role of Asst. Product Manager, Marketing who will be responsible to collect market information on assigned products and analyze competition activities in order to develop strategy for promotion and positioning.

Job Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities:
- Gather market intelligence by developing an effective network, sources and reports.
- Be thoroughly acquainted with the chemistry, usage, application and safety of the assigned products.
- Prepare marketing plan for the assigned products as well as prepare.
- Execute and monitor planned marketing activities; ATL, BTL, Outdoor, Consumer Promotion, Trade Promotion.
- Prepare monthly report on the assigned products, explaining variance over budget for the month, competition activities and prospects.
- Visit market to assess and update the performance of ACI as well as the competitors and formulate competitive strategy according to prevailing market condition.
- Analyze competition strategy, market situation and trend in order to modify our strategy and inform regulatory team about potential new product of respective portfolio.
- Be on the lookout for business development opportunities and negotiate to use their distribution as a secondary sellers.
- Keep updated information about competitors’ price and strategy.
- Develop cost effective and creative packaging materials of assigned products.
- Ensure newly launched packaging materials are in the market on time and evaluate packaging performance.
- Products design & packaging materials performance evaluation survey conduction, report generation, share with the management team. Take corrective actions if required.
- Generate innovative ideas of product diversification for future requirement.
- Call Centre operation module development and monitor operation on day to day basis.
- Execute Sales Team requirement ad hoc basis when demand arise from the Sales Team.
Required Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's in BBA Marketing
Additional Qualifications
- Age 25 to 35 years
- 3–5 years of experience in Product/Brand (preferably in FMCG, Plastics, Consumer Durables)
- Professionals having work experiences in Ad. agency/ Media Communication will get preference
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Toiletries
