We are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Managing Official to support the Daffodil’s growth by enhancing Marketing & Social Media managing processes, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring smooth operations.
As a Marketing & Social Media Managing Official, your role involves crafting and executing strategic social media campaigns to enhance audience engagement and drive revenue growth. This includes creating compelling content, optimizing platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI. You will manage community interactions, integrate SEO strategies with digital advertising, and maintain consistent branding across all initiatives. Staying updated with trends, you’ll adapt strategies to remain competitive while safeguarding account security and compliance with policies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to marketing initiatives, process improvements, and customer relationship management to build lasting connections. Your efforts will directly support increased visibility, stronger client engagement, and measurable business expansion.
Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals, optimizing profiles across all Daffodil Family concerns. Create, publish, and moderate engaging content while responding to queries and monitoring reviews.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics, SEO, and web traffic to refine strategies. Provide monthly reports with actionable insights to improve campaigns and drive engagement.
- Advertising & Promotions: Manage online ad campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta, focusing on content creation, budget allocation, and performance analysis to meet revenue objectives.
- Website & SEO Oversight: Ensure website updates, improve search engine visibility, and resolve technical issues to boost online presence.
- Event Coordination: Support events with branding, marketing, and promotional activities, enhancing visibility and engagement.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Train teams on digital marketing, align efforts with business objectives, and ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Safeguard digital channels, enforce updated policies, and recover accounts when needed.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement innovative tools and methods.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate to enhance branding, communication, and marketing efforts while supporting other business development activities.
- Additional Duties: Manage specialized tasks, such as creating Wiki pages for Daffodil Family concerns, and support other initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field, with a focus on Marketing & Social Media Managing.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel is highly encouraged for efficient data management and analysis.
Skills:
