Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store and inventory operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure accurate stock receiving, storage and dispatch processes
• Maintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and audit requirements
• Lead and supervise store personnel during the shift
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and maintain cleanliness
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly inventory and operational reports

Required Educational Qualifications

• Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline

Additional Qualifications

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male
• Experience in FMCG business and food industry storekeeping operations.
• Sound knowledge of inventory aging (FIFO/FEFO) and expiry management practices.
• Understanding of warehouse housekeeping standards (5S) and hygiene compliance.
• Familiarity with factory storekeeping processes including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods handling.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to maintain proper documentation, audit readiness and having experience in working with excel
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and discipline.
• Physically fit to handle operational warehouse activities and loading/unloading tasks.

• Bachelor/Honors

Experience

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Inventory/Warehouse, Manufacturing (FMCG)
